Frysk Hynder Whisky mustard
The whisky casks are used only once for maturing the Spirit of Frysk Hynder Whisky. After emptying, these casks are used for maturing malt vinegar, as part of the preparation of mustard. Then, a small amount of Frysk Hynder whisky is added to the mustard to create a delicious whisky flavour in the mustard.
